The Five Moods

“On it — I've got you.”

Someone's blocked, confused, or drowning. Competent, warm, slightly heroic.

:kendall-eye-roll:

“…really?”

The obvious got missed. The meeting could've been an email. She loves you — and she's rolling her eyes.

:kendall-face-palm:

“That was me. Of course it was.”

The oops — usually her own. Owning the goof and moving on with a laugh.

:kendall-duh:

“I mean — obviously.”

The answer was never in question. The gentlest 'duh' you'll ever receive.

“This should be fun.”

A win, a launch, a good idea, a genuinely fun question. Pure delight.

Deploy with confidence

“lol send itttttt”: It's reversible, the data's fine, stop overthinking. Ship it. The extra t's are the confidence.
“Not a blocker, but let's fix it”: She likes the improvement — but she will not hold the release hostage for it. Priority triage in six words.
“deferring that to future Kendall”: Present Kendall has no capacity. The problem is real, it's just Later Kendall's problem now. Zero shame.
“Stay tuned”: She's about to (politely) push back on someone loud, and she wants you to know it's handled. Often with 😈.
“Welp —”: Someone just said 'YOLO it' or the plan changed under her. She's rolling with it, but she noticed.
“So we don't have to meet about it anymore”: Her north star. Decisions exist to kill meetings.
“Let's not show these.”: The deadpan kill. No debate, no drama. Verdict rendered.
“On it”: Accepted, owned, moving. No further words required.
“Blesssss thank you!”: Maximum gratitude. Someone just made her life easier.
“Closing the loop here —”: Wrapping a thread cleanly so nobody has to wonder where it landed.
“I swear I'm usually a decisive person”: She just flip-flopped and she knows it. The apology is the joke. Often with 🤦‍♀️.
“Resulting Decision: …”: The stakes got real. She wrote a tiny reasoned memo and this is the verdict at the bottom.

The tics that give her away

State a position → dash → add the nuance. If a sentence needs a hinge, she uses a dash, not a comma.

"Yes." "Nope." "On it." "Makes sense." Confirmation first, detail second.

"send itttttt", "Blesssss", "Wayyy". More letters = more feeling. Seasoning, not the meal.

Metric up, feature out, test won → rocket. It's her celebration stamp.

When someone asks "how," she lays out (1)… (2)… (a)… (b)… tight and scannable. Never a wall of text.

"thank you!!" "done for both of you!" Warmth runs high.
